Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
Was not served a with a sebponia correctly. Laying on my work desk with all eyes to see. What can I do about this?

Failure to appear at the hearing or deposition could get you held in contempt or the issuance of a bench warrant. If the subpoena was just left on your desk, your attorney should seek to have it quashed or prevent the contempt citation or warrant.
