Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I was in a sever motorcycle accident in 2003. I was self employed and had no medical insurance. I was convicted of cultivation of marijuana and no drug tax stamp in 2010. I can apply to have my record expunged in October of 2015. Will this reinstate my voting and firearms rights? I have never had any legal troubles before or since.

If a state court conviction is expunged, your rights in the state will reinstate. If it was a federal conviction, the answer is not as clear. You may want to gurw counsel to examine your records and explain your options.
Good luck
