Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
my son is 16 years old in a 10th grade jokely chatting with his friend on face book saying the best thing to to get off school by burnning it down I know that was bad chatting so any way the school found out the chatting and call the police and charged him with terraising the school and that was felony charge what should i do first
