Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
speeding ticket and drug charges
my boyfriend was stopped and arrested for going 75 in a 65. he was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. he had less then a joint with him and a glass pipe. he was stopped in kansas but is a resident of oklahoma. should he be worried? What kind of sentence is he looking at? Will it affect him in oklahoma?
