Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
theft
I work at a food distribution center .I was given a food item by an employe who works in this facility .I was under the impression he had the right to do this. Now the upper management has decided that what happend was theft and my job and reputation are on the line. What are my legal rights

I think the best way to handlle this maybe to go directly to management and discuss the situation with them. But, beware, what you tell them may be used against you. You should consult with a local attorney before you do this.
