Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
Tresspassing?
Is a church considered private property in Kansas? For instance if a group of a couple hundred decided to enter a church and protest the church service could we get trespassing charges? Or is a church considered public property.

Re: Tresspassing?
As far as I know, churches are private property and one must be invited in. If one enters without permission or a license of some sort, that would be trespassing.
