Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas

Victim turned Criminal

I'm trying to remain on to my sanity

throught this case of a 19 year-old

college student getting raped. I'm

torn between dropping the charges

because I can't take it all. Or a civil

case. Or my school's sexual policy

just to get this guy out of here. I

know that there is so much I can do,

but I just need some outside

guideance. Thanks.

You do not seem to be asking any questions. If you were the victim of rape, everyone here is sorrowful for that. But, this is not a forum to rant, but rather to ask for some legal advice. Is there an issue that you need explained or a question answered?
