Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
i violated probation 6 years ago and there is a warrent out for my arrest. how can i re-enter the country without going to jail? there is a 2000 dollar bond.

The only safe way is to post bond in cash or with a bondsman. If a client is in the US, I can usually arrange a surrender upon agreement of the prosecutor's or sheriff's office, as this saves the authorities the time and money to track someone down and arrest them.
If a client is on probation for a felony, it is far more likely he/she will turn up in the system than if they are on probation for a misdemeanor. I suggest you play it safe and get an associate to post bond. It is far better than being tagged at 3 AM in a strange city, then having to wait to be extradited.
