what happen's when you--name removed--to court for running from the cops
what will happen to me.like how much time can they give me.

It can be either a misdemeanor or a felony. If yours is a misdemeanor and you are convicted you will likely get a big fine and possibly probation, plus it will screw up your driving record. If yours is a felony you are looking at a prison sentence. You will probably get probation unless your record is pretty bad. Give me a call if you want to discuss it more.
