Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kansas
I will be turning 21 in a month and I was thinking about getting a party to a sporting event and tailgate, if by chance the cops come to the tailgate would I the signer of the contract of the party bus be charged with supplying to minors

Under the facts you described, it is possible that you could be charged with that or other offenses, if you supply alcohol to minors. Don't let them drink from the party bus keg, or other alcohol you supply to the group.
