Re: sexual dicrimination in the work place

There are state and federal laws to protect you from sex discrimination in the workplace. If you are a victim of such discrimination, you should report it to your employer. If your employer does not correct the discrimination or retaliates by firing you, you can file a complaint with the Kansas Human Rights Commission. However, whether the actions about which you are complaining amount to sex discrimination or retaliation under the law is a difficult question and depends on all the facts and circumstances. I suggest you consult an attorney who offers a free consultation on these issues before you put your job in jeopardy. You can call me if you wish to discuss this further.
