Diversion question
If I got a dui in Kansas and moved to Arizona and approximately 3 days before my diversion was over in Kansas, I was arrested for littering, a non alcohol related offence. Can Kansas see that I was arrested and more importantly will they check something like this before signing off on my diversion release? Ant assistance you could provid would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Diversion question
I suppose that any arrest will appear in the NCIC database which any State agency can access. Whether they will do so, I do not know because I do not practice in KS and cannot advise you regarding KS policies. What does your KS lawyer tell you? Ed Loss
