dui
I was arrested for an oui in december 2007. The final court appearance was November 2008 and I paid a 500 dollar fine and spent 48 hours in county jail. I have paid all fines and everything was final in February 2009. When can I get a driver's license? I should add that I have never had a license and was an unlicensed driver when the arrest occurred.

You may b e able to obtain a Kansas Drivers license in November, 2009, or possibly earlier. If you move, you may be able to get license in another state now.
