dui
Went to court today & was told ther was ticket or a report on this D.U.I. & the officer didn't even show. I've been told that my case should have been dismissed is this true.

It is common for a Court to Dismiss a case if the prosecution's witness does not appear for two times in a row. If the officer does not appear next time, ask the court, or better yet, have your attorney ask for the case to be Dismissed
