Legal Question in DUI Law in Kansas

I have 3 dui's but i havent made it to sentencing on my 3rd.

And my third was back in May of 2001 I was wondering if

theres a statue of limitations on felony dui's in Ks or if

it will always be there until i go to ja

It will always be there. We use to only look back 5 years. However a few years ago it was changed so that any DUI could be counted.
