dui in manhattan,ks
I hold a valid Nebraska drivers license and am waiting a drivers license hearing in Manhattan, KS for dui. If my driving privelges are taken in Kansas will i still be able to drive in Nebraska? i have entered a diversion program for the criminal portion.

They will most likely send a copy o fthe revocation to Nebraska and Nebraska might treat it as a violation for which they can suspend. You should have an attorney represent you at the hearing.
