Legal Question in DUI Law in Kansas

Expungement

I have a pending dui case. This is # 4. I have givin 5 breath tests over the years and now they are wanting to revoke my DL. Now keep in mind this case is still pending. My question for you is: Can I have my record expunged of my previous charges, or at least one of them?

No. DUI convictions can no longer be expunged.
