I got pulled over for not stopping before the yellow line at a stop sign after a cop followed me out of a bar. I got a dui after i got to jail for refusing to blow in the breathalizer; well i blew in it after finding out i lost my license for a year or still get to drive to work and school. Can I get these charges dropped because he followed me out of the bar. I only blew a .0086 kansas legal limit is .0080.

If you only blew .0086 it is unlikely that the prosecutor will take this case forward. The legal limit is .08. You say you blew only 1/10 of that.
