I have a suspended liscense in Kentucky for DUI. Can i get a liscense in the state of Kansas?

This is more a practical than a legal question. If the State of Kansas does not discover your Suspension in Kentucky, they may issue you a Kansas license if you can prove residency. If they discover your suspension, they will not. Driving is not aright, so you woudl have few grounds to fight it. But, you might find a Kansas attorney that is willing to try, for the right price.
