Legal Question in DUI Law in Kansas

Ticket for MIP

I received an m.i.p this weekend and have nothing on my record aside from a speeding ticket which was diverted in November last year. Is it still possible to get a diversion for the m.i.p. even though I've already been on diversion in the same county? Should I get a lawyer

Re: Ticket for MIP

It may be possible to get diversion or a reduction in the charges. You certainly should consult directly with an attorney in your area. Provide them with more of the facts than you were able to provide here. They should be able to better advise you.

Good Luck
