is it legal to go to Louisiana to get back a person who did not wish to be removed from the state of kansas and who is capable of making her own decisions on where she wants to live if she has no legal guardian appointed and is willing to come with us?

As long as the person is over eightenn, and yrou are nto bringin her across state lines for an immoral purpose or to engage in criminal activity, there are woudl probably be no legal repercussions for helping somone move back to Kansas.
