Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas
My 11 year old daughter just met her father for the first time. He has never paid child support and has not contacted her since August when he met her. He has always known about her and paternity has been established. He said he didn't want anything to do with her in the beginning. Can I sue him for support? Can he get visitation with her ever though he is a stranger to her and he lives over 900 miles away?

You may sue him for child support. If he Applies to the Court for visitation, it might get granted. There are many more variables tht woudl affect that, than there is room to describe here. I hope this new relationship is rewarding one for your daughter, you and the father.
Good luck.
