im 16 years old i have a child and im living with my mother does she have the right to tell me the babies daddy cant see the baby ?

She may be able to say that he cannot enter her home. But, generally, courts do not uphold grandmother's prohibition against the father seeing his child. Seh may wish to not let you live with her anymore, if you continue arelationship with your baby daddy. As you are only 16, she may nto have much choice in whether to provide food and shelter for you, but she might be very disagreeable when she has to do it.
