Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

I have a 15 yo son whose dad has legal custody in Wyoming but wants to live with me in Kansas. Does not want to return back there from summer visit. Dad is fighting it. What can we do?

If the custody Order is from a Wyoming Court, you will need to consult with an attorney licensed there. You may need to repost, with a different state designation.
