Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

15yr old daughter had baby 1/21

the father of the baby and his family are hounding us to see and have visitation. The problem is:none of them had anything to do with my daughter all thru the pregnancy-did not help financially, the family broke off the relationship between the 2 and even said he did not believe the baby was his (which it is). they are calling us at home,at my work etc. How can we (or can we) make them leave us alone ? We want nothing from them except to leave us alone

One parent may not, usually, prevent the other from reasonable visitation. Why is your daughter nto seeking financial support? Is she wealthy? If not, she may seek aid at some time. If whe does, and has hassled the father about seeing the child, he may use her request fo rassitance or supplementation as a basis to say she should not have primary custody.

Good Luck
