Abandonment
In the State of Kansas if my husband left me 2 years ago and I have no idea of where he is -- How can I get a divorce?? Everyone keeps saying I have to have him served but, I don't have an address for him to serve him.

Service on a spouse whose location is unknown can be accomplished by special newspaper publication. Not all remedies are available when publication service is used, but a divorce can be obtained. Consult an experienced family law attorney. We are here to help.
