My husband wants to adopt my daughter, my daughters father and i were never married and nothing has ever been filed with any court, so what needs to be done for my husband to adopt her?

Re: adoption

The natural father's parental rights must be terminated. He will either need to consent or receive notice and have his rights terminated. The adoption proceeding will need to be filed.
