Does the attorney or client track down the addresses of the potential birth fathers in a private adoption?

Your question is dependent upon the agreement between the attorney and client, as to the extent of representation. Obviously, the more the lawyer is to do, the higher the fee. Some people opt to save money by doing some of the leg work or research.
