My ex has always had custody of our 10 year old. She has recently stated that she would like to live here with me. What age can she decide where she wants to live? I've also found out recently that my ex is a registered sex offender. We obviously live a ways apart?

You did not elaborate as to the reason yrou ex must register as a sexual predator. If it could be potentially harmful to the child, you may be able to get the court to amend the Custody Order. At 10 years of age, the court may take into account the wishes of the child, but is not required to grant them. You should consult directly with a family law attorney in your area. You will need to give them more details than you are able to here.
