child support

how is child support calculated when you have multiple children from multiple states? Is there a limit that the courts are alloted to order like 50% of your income?

Re: child support

Very good question! The Kansas Child Support Guidelines contain provisions for pre-exisitng child support orders and for a multiple family adjustment. The "new" child support will be calculated keeping the prior children in mind. The calculation can get rather complex. Consult an experienced family law attorney.
