child support
i have two children that are in the custudy of my common laws wifes sister i have been denied vistatation by her yet i am still expected to pay support by the court trustees office i would like to file for a modification and would lke to know how to file such motion and get a stay on my support until i am granted a modification

It is unclear whether your children are with your wife's sister pursuant to a court order, or if they just live there on an informal basis. If you have valid reasons, you can file a Motion for Modification of Custody and Child Support. Mediation and perhaps a child custody evaluation may be involved. Consult an experienced family law attorney.
