Child support

I have been divorced for about a year and a half.. I pay out half my pay check in maint and child support. I have the kids half the time and provide all the transportation to and from for them and to their extra corricular activities. Can i have the child support lowered

The Kansas Child Support Guidelines state that a modification of child support can be granted due to a material change in circumstances, or after the passage of three years. It is unclear from your question whether the shared residential custody situation is new. You should consult an experienced family law attorney to have your support obligation re-examined.
