child support

i gave my kids up, i mean relinquished my rights and i am paying back 3,790 dollars to the state of kansas. if i dont have a job yet can they take me to jail?

It really depends on the judge. I have seen some do jail time for failure to pay back child support. I would make some effort, even if it is a small amount each month until you can pay what is due each month in full. Some effort is better than none
