Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

How do I go about getting off child support for a kid that's not mines . I was locked up when the child was born in 2009. Child support came to visit me in jail and they asked if I wanted a DNA test . I said yes , well nobody never came back to swab me so three months go by I get out in had a warrent for my arrest ! I asked for a DNA test and they told me it was to late . So ask the child grows she looks nothing like me I got a DNA test from Walgreens and the results came back 0%. I was told by her mother I was indeed the father but now since the test was done she is telling me it was a possibility that it was mines or another guys. I just wanna be off child support so I can take care my wife and my soon to be son.

You will need to file a motion to determine paternity and to cease support. Find a family law attorney, in your area, and let them see all the relevant documents.
