My child support stops when my child turns 18 as stated in the divorce papers. Can my ex try now and make me pay for college?

In Missouri, child support may include some portion of college expenses. In Kansas, there is no legal obligation for parents to pay for a child's college expenses, but if the parents voluntarily include such an agreement in their divorce or paternity paperwork, that provision will be enforced by the court.
