child visitation

I have sole custody and supervised visitation to my 3 yr old. The father is wanting to come see him for the first time in over a year and has stopped paying child support can i tell him no and not have that against me an any way .

If you currently have sole legal custody and the father has supervised parenting time, he needs to go back to court to modify his parenting time details. The issues of child support and parenting time are separate and distinct. You cannot deny parentng time because he fails to pay child support. He cannot refuse to pay child support because you withhold parenting time.
