Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

My child is 11yrs old. three yours ago my husband left me for another woman. he only has seen his son may be 15times scence he has left. he remains in same city and county just has not visited. he now wants to come see him but son does not want to go visit at girlfriends house. does son have to go. is it possible to also request that in vistation papers

If the parents cannot agree, the court will have to determine whether it is in the child's best interest to impose restrictions on where and with whom parenting time is conducted. Consult an experienced family law attorney.
