Collecting Child Support

In 1994 the courts in AZ awarded physical custody of our minor daughter to her dad. I was ordered to child support 300 /month plus medical expenses. The minor child came to live with me in 1999. I continue to pay child support. The minor child moved out of my residence in 2/06 to live with her boyfriend. She will be turning 18 on 7/19. Can I collect child support for the time she lived with me in the state of Kansas. Also can I collect the child support I paid him while she was living with me.I knwo you are wandering why I did not get the child support modified. The money it would have cost was used to take care of my daughter.

Since you did not file a motion to modify the support, I do not believe a court would grant your request.
