How do I get a no contact order? Is it something I need my lawyer for? Or can I do it on my own? Thanks.

It really depends on the clerk's office. They should have some forms. If it is a protection from abuse order you want, you can get that on your own. The statute that controls the PFA's was written so as to assist pro se individuals obtain them very easily if you are entitled to one. Good luck.
