Me and my ex have a counter PFA and we go to court at the end of the month, should I have the judge hear my side of the story or negotiate with him because there is a child involved?

It is possible to enter into a Final PFA Order without any admission of abuse. That may be beneficial to the working relationship with your ex, and it may be beneficial for your child. Consult an experienced family law attorney.
