If the mother (or Father) is concerned about not passing such a test, or if her child has been removed from her home, she should directly contact an attorney in her area. There are steps that can be taken to increase the likelihood that the child will be reunified with the parent. Such a parent may do better paying private counsel, instead of waiting to see if a Pro Bono attorney might be appointed later.
Good luck
