custodial mother trying to sever fathers parental rights.
if she is successful, will the children still receive the fathers social security disability benefits?

If the parentls rights are severed, Usually the parentla connection is severed. The fact that there are SSI beneifits for them, the court will likely not sever the parnetal rights, (unless there is a man that has already petitioned to adopt the child.
