Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

custody

I am trying to an attorney but I am living on limited funds and looking for work. I need help desperately because I want full custody of my children with no visitation for him. How can you help? I have been turned down by legal aid in Wyandotte County.

If you are receiving aid from the State of Kansas, SRS may be able to help with child support, but not with custody or parenting time issues. An experienced family law attorney should be consulted, and payment of a reasonable fee arranged.
