In a custody case can a 6 yr old child who is refusing to go for a weekend court ordered visitation be forcibly put in the car and taken?

Yes, in some cases. Th refusal of such a young child, is often viewed as a sign of abuse by the noncustodail parent, or innappropriate comments being made by the custodial parent about the parent with visitation rights. Either scenario, oftern results in a change of visitation or custody.
