Once the child is born, yours is just like any other custody claim. I do not know of any courts awarding custody prenatal. It would be odd for acourt to find that the chil dbests interests are served by residing anywhere other than the mother's womb, ntil it is full term or at least viable. You can get your documents prepared prior to the birth, so that you can file soon after. Any competent family law attorney can assist you with that.
