If a dad has never seen his seven year old daughter but a test was order so he knows he is the father can he represent himself in court to get joint custody in kck. He also pays child support.

Depending upon the Judge, a Pro Se litigant may be able to seek custody or visitation. But, if there are any obstacles, such as the mother contesting or objecting to the father's plea, he should have counsel represent him.
