Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

My daughter turned 18 in October of 2013 took eschool classes to finish her last few high school credits and started college courses. Her graduation date was May 2014. She could not live in the dorms because her transcript could not be released til May 2014 her graduation date. She has always been a full time student. Her father stopped child support payments October 2013 when she turned 18. He says she also started college and that she was done with high school. Should he of paid through May 2014 when she legally was done as a high school student? She was taking college courses while finishing eschool.

If your daughter is still in school, your ex may still owe child support. You should consult directly with a family law attorney, in your area. You need advic based upon the specific wording of your Child support Order, rather than just the general description you can here.
