daycare

me and my ex wife have both remaried and i pay child support shes trying to take me back to court to have me pay for her daycare along with child support can she do that?

Daycare costs are always factored into the Child Support Worksheet. It is unclear whether daycare is a new expense in your situation. Consult an experienced family law attorney.
