Can Ex deliver legal documents through email?

Can my husband's ex-wife have her lawyer deliver legal documents through my email address and have them deemed as delivered? She is wanting to take him back to court to fight something in the divorce papers and she does not know where we live.

Depends on the state you live in and if the court will consider Email as personal service. I would venture to guess the court will not.
