Legal Question in Family Law in Kansas

best way to get a devorce

I was just wonder what grounds i could get a devorce on??? I got married in March on the 6th after knowing the guy for two months. Two weeks after we got married he left for Army basic training in kentucky. He came back July 12th. He has changed since he left although i can't say i knew him to well before he left. He came back and now we no longer get along. We do not live together and he is going to move to Fort Riley the 12th. He has cheated on me and i didn't know untill after he got back. I don't have proof though. Anyway I was just wondering what you could tell me about my situation.

Re: best way to get a devorce

You may get a divorce in the state of Kansas on the grounds of incompatibility. Given that yours is a short term marriage, the process should not be that complicated. While you do not have to retain an attorney to assist you, it is always advisable to at least consult with one. Good Luck.
